How to View Attendance Records
Instructors have easy access to all students' attendance grades in the CourseKey platform.
1. From the home screen, select the Course you are working with.
2. Click on Records in the side navigation.
3. Attendance is the default tab selected on this page.
4. Records can be sorted by the student's name, or you can quickly find a student by using the search bar at the top left.
Attendance Records for Time Based Classes
When viewing attendance grades for time-based classes, you can view each student's earned time for each attendance session, as well as the cumulative time for all attendance sessions.
When scrolling through all attendance sessions you can easily sort by amount of time earned by clicking on the arrow next to the date.
If the time awarded had been adjusted by an instructor or administrator a blue flag will appear next to the time for that attendance session.
For schools with mandatory checkout, a red hexagon will indicate those students that did not check out before the end of the attendance session.
Attendance Records for Points Based Classes
When viewing attendance records for point-based classes, you can view the number of points earned for each attendance session, as well as the cumulative points for all sessions. The overall attendance record can be viewed as points earned or percentages.
Viewing Attendance Details
In both point-based and time-based courses, you can access each student's individual record and adjustment details. For time-based courses, you'll also be able to add adjustments from the detailed view.
1. From the Record tab, click on a student's name to view only their information.
2. Click on an attendance session to view the adjustment details.

How to View Assessment Records
Instructors have easy access to all students' assessment grades in the CourseKey platform.
1. From the home screen, select the Course you are working with.
2. Click on Records in the left navigation to view Attendance and Assessment records.
3. Select the Assessment tab in the top right corner.
4. Records can be sorted by the student's name, or you can quickly find a student by using the search bar at the top left.
The Record tab can be sorted by the student's last name or grade by clicking the arrows next to the header in that column.
In the initial view of the assessment tab, you will be able to see the total score for each assessment, as well as the sum total of all assessments. By clicking on a student's individual score you will also be able to see the points awarded for each question.
The assessment view in the Record tab includes an Answer Color Guide, identifying which answer was the student’s, whether it was correct or incorrect, and what the actual correct answer was. The guide can be accessed by clicking the button in the top right corner of the pop-up.
Note: An entry of NA in an assessment column indicates that the particular assessment was not open to that student.
