Understanding Enrollment Statuses

The Enrollment Workspace categorizes students by their enrollment status. Here is the list of distinct System Statuses in CourseKey:

  1. Lead
  2. Active
  3. Probation
  4. LOA
  5. Future Start
  6. Pending Applicant
  7. Re-entry
  8. Application Received
  9. Graduated
  10. Dropped
  11. Never Attended
  12. Canceled

For Nexus customers, we support a matrix of distinct School Status Categories in Nexus and their map to the Distinct System Status in CourseKey:
